Since 1957, diving has become increasingly popular and the number of divers has multiplied! Club Moana offers scuba diving classes. This is an opportunity for everyone to improve their technique and access new sites. A children’s school* and a starfish school take place every year from October to May.

Training courses are offered by our partner during all holidays (summer, half term, Easter…).

For example: Monday to Friday from 2 pm to 3 pm or from 3 pm to 4 pm (Price for 5 days: €75 for 5 hours of lessons) balls and equipment included.

In the commune of Opio, this course was completed in 1990 (5,929 m, par 72) and belongs to the Open Golf Club. La Grande Bastide golf club is nevertheless open to all and offers a wide variety of golfing options. It was designed by Robert Trent Jones’ most gifted pupil, Cabell Robinson.

The fairways are wide, the greens are well protected, there are numerous bunkers along the course and there are plenty of water hazards. The spread of tee times will appeal to golfers of all levels.

This tree-top adventure course offers 48 workshops spread over 3 courses, where the very young can express themselves on the Kids’ course, while the older ones will get their kicks on our 200-metre zip lines, which overhang the river at a height of 50 metres.

The “Wake Spot” is on the beach behind Le Port du Cros in Cagnes sur Mer. Our water sports activities (supervised by a team of state-registered instructors) are accessible to all: wakeboarding, waterskiing and wakesurfing, parasailing, towed buoys, jet-skiing without a licence, fly-boarding, hover-boarding, paddleboarding, pedalos and more.
